I’m loving these gorgeous vintage-inspired earrings ($62) from Etsy.com seller belcanto. They’re eye-catching and dramatic without being over-the-top. A perfect accent for a dress like this one.
Feathers seem to be a growing trend in the wedding world, making an appearance on everything from gowns and purses to bouquets and invitations. Carrie Bradshaw rocked a big turquoise one for her ill-fated Sex & the City wedding, but are feathers a yay or nay for real-life brides? My thoughts: moderation is key. After all, you’re a bride…not a bird.

I saw this gorgeous Eden Bridals bridesmaid dress in this month’s Brides magazine. The satin ruffle and ruched empire waist make this simple a-line style flattering, elegant, and modern. It’s shown in a very pretty “Rosy Brown” but available in dozens of colors. The price is about $180 retail or $140 online.
